Product Description

The CPT gas turbine meters offer an excellent product for measuring higher flow rates of gas for use in commercial and industrial markets, typically seen in submetering projects, monitoring main incoming feeds to buildings and zones.

• An excellent meter for general flow readings as a secondary meter, not suitable for billing applications
• Index head can be rotated through 350 degrees
• Gas enters the meter through a built-in flow conditioner that increases the gas velocity
• The turbine rotors extract the maximum energy before the gas exits, expanding to minimise pressures losses
• Register volumes metered at the operating conditions
• Available in horizontal orientation as standard, it should be ordered specially for vertical pipe installations
• Gas filters recommended for all installations

Features include:

• Pressure ratings: PN16, PN20, ANSI150
• Nominal diameter: DN50 up to DN200 meter casing: aluminium or steel (DN200)
• Flow rates typically 6 to 1600 m3/h
• Minimal maintenance required for long term use
• Rangeability: up to 1:30 (depending on the meter)
• Measurement accuracy: Qt÷ Qmax < ±1,5% Qmin ÷ Qt < ±3,0%
• Outputs suitable for connection to BMS and DCS systems
